Prices are steady for breaking stock, lower for checks and undergrades.
Trade sentiment is steady to lower. Offerings are light to moderate,
mostly light. Supplies are sufficient for varied breaking schedules.
Demand is light to moderate. Market activity is slow to moderate. Cases
broken under federal inspection in the Eastern region for week ending
01-Dec-2018 were 25% higher than the previous week and 15% more than the
same week last year.
Prices in cents per dozen, delivered to breakers, 48 lb. minimum net weight
per 30 dozen case, eggs from table egg layers. Packaging may vary.
